Leadax Easy FA is lightweight, lead-free flashing with a fully self-adhesive butyl backing. Cut it to size, pre-form it and press it onto a suitable substrate. It is a practical solution for dormers, roof windows, chimney connections, ridges, in-roof solar panels and heat pumps, using a material made with recycled PVB.
The full-surface butyl backing provides adhesion to a suitable, clean and dry substrate. Shape by hand and press firmly into place with a roller.
Easy FA is lead-free and weighs 2.2 kg/m² excluding the butyl layer. Its low weight makes it easy to carry onto the roof and handle during installation.
Made from recycled PVB from laminated safety glass and designed to become a raw material again after use.
Use Easy FA at dormers, roof windows and ridges, and for connections around in-roof solar panels and heat pumps on tiled roofs. For connections to roof tiles around chimneys, use Easy FA in combination with a clamping profile. Follow the installation instructions for each detail.

Easy FA is KIWA-certified. Based on ageing tests, it has an expected service life of at least 25 years.
Install above 5 °C on a dry substrate free from dust and grease. Form 80 mm overlaps: clean the lower strip with an alcohol wipe, lay the upper strip over it and press firmly with a roller. Seal joints and edges with Leadax High-Tack sealant.
