Promotion Terms and Conditions

By participating in the promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

• You stand a chance to win a Leadax-sponsored VIP Trip for max. 3 persons. The organizer of the promotion is Leadax B.V., located at Ing. R.R. Van der Zeelaan 10, Wapenveld, the Netherlands. Participants in the Leadax VIP trip must be at least 18 years old. By submitting a Leadax processing photo, you consent to Leadax using this photo on its social media channels, websites, in brochures and other marketing materials.
• The promotion is exclusively open to businesses based in the UK and Ireland. An entrant submitting an application photo must be 18 years or older and must be either the owner (including director or partner) of the business or an employee of the business.
• The VIP trip includes travel expenses, any applicable flight tickets, a visit to the Leadax factory, a customized product training session at the Leadax Experience Center in Wapenveld, an overnight stay in a Leadax-designated hotel in Amsterdam, and all meal expenses covered by Leadax B.V., up to a specified maximum amount. The hotel stay includes breakfast; any additional expenses incurred at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant(s).
• Travel insurance is not included and must be arranged by the participant. For participants from the UK, travel costs are covered from London Airport, and for participants from Ireland, travel costs are covered from Dublin Airport.
• The prize is personal and assigned to the winner. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products or services. The designated winner of the Leadax VIP trip may not transfer the prize to other individuals without prior consultation with Leadax B.V.
• To the extent permitted by law, Leadax B.V. will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participation in the Leadax VIP trip, except where caused by the negligence of Leadax B.V. or their employees.
• The outcome and awarding of the prize are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
• Leadax B.V. reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion if necessary.
